Measure of square footage:

1. Finished square feet–floor space of completed house

2. Enclosed living space–Including basements and lofts.

3. Area under roof–includes finished and unfininshed areas.

4. Living Area–includes enclosed or covered porches, walkout basements, and possibly decks and patios.

Pricing is based on contractors fee included as follows:

15% of estimated cost when Vandenbark builds your plan to your specifications if estimated cost is $ 500,000 or less–14% above $ 500,000.

13% when Vandenbark builds our plan, designed to the site and owner provides the accounting function. If estimated cost is $ 500,000 or greater– 12%.

12% of estimated costs when Vandenbark builds our plan, designed to the site, if the owner:

• Provides accounting function.

• Obtains association and county building permits.

• Makes all cosmetic, material decisions.
